"Even though the images from these series were at first carefully thought, I made some of them out of absolute improvisation. I used to go out with my camera and the equipment looking for something to interact with, and when I had founded it, I would dedicate myself to experience the moment, to feel what was taking place, so the staging would become something real, something that was happening."
This self-portrait series was created in Ibiza during 2011. I will be with this -and other series- at Art & Breakfast, an International Emerging Art Fair, which will be held in Malaga on 6-7 and 8 May .

KOINONÍA - El espacio que habito, también soy yo:
"Aunque en principio las imágenes de esta serie estaban bastante pensadas, algunas las realicé en total improvisación. Salía a buscar con mi cámara y con los materiales algo con lo que interactuar, y cuando lo encontraba, me entregaba a experimentar el momento, a sentir lo que estaba ocurriendo, convirtiéndose así la escenificación en algo real, en algo que estaba sucediendo."
Esta serie de autorretratos la realicé en Ibiza en 2011. Nunca ha sido mostrada en una exposición, y ahora la llevo - junto a otras series de las que hablaré en próximas entradas- a la feria internacional de arte emergente Art&Breakfast, que se celebrará en Málaga los días 6-7 y 8 de Mayo.
A esta feria soy invitada, junto a David Gª Torrado, por Arte a un Clik.

- Small Lambda print mounted on passpartout: 13 cms diameter. Limited Edition of 20 + 1 A.P.
*Final piece is cut on round form (not square).
